Mail-In Submission Procedure

If you will be submitting an entirely new case (or cases) by mail to complete the criteria for your examination, you have the option of either uploading your patient records as JPGs through the ABO case submission portal or assembling a traditional notebook. Digital models are accepted in .abo format for pretreatment and interim treatment models. Final models must be in stone, plaster, or 3D printed with accompanying digital file (see ABO Digital Model Requirements).

Regardless of which assembly option you choose, you will need to upload and submit the case report work file(s) for each case to the case submission portal.
