President
Dr. David G. Sabott

Dr. David G. Sabott is a representative of the Rocky Mountain Society of Orthodontists.  He resides in Erie, Colorado and has a full-time private practice in Brighton, CO. Dr. Sabott is duel trained in both Pedodontics and Orthodontics. He has served as the President of the Colorado Orthodontic Association and the Rocky Mountain Society of Orthodontists. 

 

 

President-Elect
Dr. Patrick F. Foley

Dr. Patrick F. Foley is a representative of the Midwestern Society of Orthodontists. He maintained a private practice in Lake Zurich, Illinois for 30 years before moving into the role of Associate Professor of Orthodontics, a full-time position at the Center for Advanced Dental Education at Saint Louis University. Dr. Foley serves on both the Written Examination and Certification Committees and will become the ABO President in May of 2022.

 

 

Secretary-Treasurer
Dr. Timothy Trulove

Dr. Timothy Trulove is a representative of the Southern Association of Orthodontists and resides in Montgomery, Alabama. He is in full time practice and is Adjunct Professor of Orthodontics at The University of Alabama School of Dentistry. Dr. Trulove is the chair of the Clinical Examination Committee and serves on the Policy Committee. He will become the ABO President in May of 2023.

 

 

Director
Dr. Jae Hyun Park

Dr. Jae Hyun Park is a representative of the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists and resides in Phoenix, Arizona. He is the professor and chair of the Postgraduate Orthodontic Program at the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health. Dr. Park is the chair of the Written Examination Committee and serves on the Policy Committee. He will become the ABO President in May of 2024.

Dr. Roberto Hernandez-Orsini

 Dr. Roberto Hernández-Orsini is a representative of the Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists and resides in San Juan, Puerto Rico.  He has a full time orthodontic practice in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico and is an Associate Professor at The University of Puerto Rico School of Dental Medicine and an Adjunct Associate Professor at The University of Alabama in Birmingham School of Dentistry.  He has served as President of the Puerto Rico Orthodontic Society, and Chair of The Education/Research Committee of The Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists.  Dr. Hernández-Orsini serves on both the Clinical Examination and Certification Committees. He will become the ABO President in May of 2025.

Dr. Stephen McCullough

 Dr. Stephen McCullough is a representative of the Southwestern Society of Orthodontists and resides in Yukon, Oklahoma. Dr. McCullough has a full-time orthodontic practice and is a Clinical Professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. Dr. McCullough is the chair of the Certification Committee and serves on the Clinical Examination Committee. He will become the ABO President in May of 2026.

Dr. P. Emile Rossouw

Dr. P. Emile Rossouw is a representative of the Northeastern Society of Orthodontists and resides in Rochester, New York. Dr. Rossouw is chair of the Division of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at the Eastern Institute of Rochester Medical Center.  He brings a 40-year career of accomplished teaching, research and clinical care. Dr. Rossouw serves as chair of the Policy Committee and serves on the Written Examination Committee. He will become the ABO President in May of 2027.

Dr. Anthony M.  Puntillo

Dr. Anthony M. Puntillo is a representative of the Great Lakes Association of Orthodontists and resides in Chesterton, Indiana. He has served on the American Association of Orthodontists Committee on Technology and as a part-time clinical faculty member for Indiana University's School of Dentistry. He has a full-time orthodontic practice in Northwest Indiana and is currently serving as the President of the Great Lakes Association of Orthodontics. Dr. Puntillo serves on both the Clinical Examination and Policy Committees. He will become the ABO President in May of 2028.

Dr. Valmy Kulbersh

Dr. Valmy P. Kulbersh is a representative of the Great Lakes Association of Orthodontists and resides in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. She is in full time practice and is Adjunct Professor at the University of Detroit Mercy, Department of Orthodontics. Dr. Kulbersh serves on both the Written Examination and Certification Committees.
