instructions for one case: Written Case Report, Discrepancy Index, Cast-Radiograph
Evaluation and Case Management Forms.
You may choose to upload data from the CaseReportWorkFile or you may
enter data directly into the ABO electronic submission webpages.

We recommend you use Save-As and a descriptive filename for each case report work
file.
