The American Board of Orthodontics is managed by eight directors. The directors represent the eight regions of the United States and Canada
that comprise the constituent organizations of the American Association of Orthodontists.

Dr. Allen H. Moffitt is a representative of the Southern Association of
Orthodontists. He is in full time practice and resides in Murray,
Kentucky. Dr. Moffitt serves on the Clinical Examination and Legal/Risk
Management Committees. In addition, he is a
liaison to the American Association of Orthodontists and the College of
Diplomates of the American Board of Orthodontics.

Dr. John E. Grubb is a representative of the Pacific Coast Society of
Orthodontists and resides in Chula Vista, California. He is Clinical
Professor and Managing Partner of the Orthodontic Clinic at the
University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry. Dr. Grubb serves
on the Technology and Written Examination Committees. In addition, he is
a liaison to the ADA Council on Dental Accreditation and the Council on
Dental Education and Licensure. Dr. Grubb will become the ABO President
in May of 2008.

Dr. Peter M. Greco is a representative of the Middle Atlantic Society of
Orthodontists and resides in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. He is in full time
practice and on the faculty at the University of Pennsylvania in
Philadelphia. Dr. Greco serves as the head of the Public Relations and
Clinical Examination Committees, and is a member of the Legal/Risk
Management Committee. Dr. Greco will become the ABO President in May of
2009.

Dr. Jeryl D. English is a representative of the Southwestern Society
of Orthodontists and resides in Pearland, Texas. He is the Chair and
Program Director of the Department of Orthodontics at the University of
Texas Dental Branch at Houston. Dr. English serves as the head of the
Written Examination Committee. In addition, he is a liaison to the AAO
Council of Orthodontic Education and to the ADA Council on Dental
Accreditation. Dr. English will become ABO President in May of 2010.

Dr. Barry S. Briss is a representative of the Northeastern Society of
Orthodontists and resides in Charlestown, Massachusetts. He is
Professor, Chair and Program Director of the Department of Orthodontics
at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. Dr. Briss
serves as the head of the Technology Committee and is a member of the
Written Examination Committee. In addition, he is a liaison to the ADA
Commission on Dental Accreditation and the AAO Council on Orthodontic
Education. Dr. Briss will become ABO President in May of 2011.

Dr. Scott A. Jamieson is a representative of the Great Lakes Association
of Orthodontists and resides in Marquette, Michigan. He is Adjunct
Assistant Professor at Marquette University School of Dentistry,
Division of Orthodontics. Dr. Jamieson serves as the head of the
Legal/Risk Management and History and Archives Committees. He is also a
member of the Clinical Examination and Public Relations Committees. In
addition, he is a liaison to the College of Diplomates of the ABO. Dr.
Jamieson will become ABO President in May of 2012.

Dr. Marvin C. (Buddy) Kastrop is a representative of the Rocky Mountain
Society of Orthodontists. Dr. Kastrop is in full time practice and
resides in Billings, Montana. He serves on the Clinical Examination,
Legal/Risk Management and History and Archives Committees. In addition,
Dr. Kastrop is the liaison to the American Association of Dental
Examiners. Dr. Kastrop will become President in May 2013.

Dr. Paul T. Castelein is a representative of the Midwestern Society of
Orthodontists. He resides and is in full time private practice in
Princeton, Illinois. Dr. Castelein serves on the Written Examination,
Technology and Public Relations Committees. Dr. Castelein will become
the ABO President in May of 2014.

Dr. Vance J. Dykhouse is a representative of the Midwestern Society of
Orthodontists. He resides in Lee's Summit, Missouri and practices with
his son in Blue Springs, Missouri. He is on the part time orthodontic
faculty at the University of Missouri School of Dentistry at Kansas
City. Dr. Dykhouse serves on the Written Examination and Legal/Risk
Management Committees.
